Key Stage 5
It won't be all Greek to you - all studies done in English.
A 'classical education' opens the door to a whole new world of opportunities. Many politicians, for example, studied the classics. Or people who work in the arts. Of course, you could even find yourself digging through the remains of antiquity as an archaeologist or historian. The important thing is that you'll be following a thread which connects Greece and Rome to the lives we lead today.
Classical Civilisation
Open to any student whether they have done KS3 Latin, GCSE Latin or not. A thoroughly fascinating course that delves into the world of myths, monsters and military might. Ancient Greece is examined through Religion and theatre and the empire of Rome through Virgil's epic "The Aeneid".
Trips are regularly run to Greece and Italy.
