The induction day in July was super - gained lots of information, and felt ready to start in September. It’s always nice to speak to colleagues outside the department and there is always someone to listen and give you time, and an answer! I grew up in this area, went away to university, and have since returned. I couldn't be more positive about my transition here, it's the best choice I ever made.”
